Four Cable Vandals Caught in Rivers State - Photos
The long arm of the law has finally caught up with a notorious gang of cable thieves in Rivers State.
The suspects were apprehended in the early hours of Tuesday, while transporting the stolen cables from PHeD high-tension poles, along Elele community in the local government.
They are currently under police custody and will be charged to court later.
